The high-speed roll forming machine is the new type line which is produced both by our company and Formia Company from Finland. The complete machine adopts the technology of cold forming, cold punching, automatic stacking, industrial automation controlling system and precise machining technology, therefore it can run full automatically, including in decoiling, roll forming, cutting to length and stacking. The highest speed can reach to 80m/min.
We can design and manufacturer machines for different profiles according to customer's requirement.

Main technical feature:
1.Adopt independence guide post supporting wall plate and inside transmission chain, the rollers are treated with nitriding and polishing treatment.
2.Setup the flat sheet pre-cutting equipment to avoid waste of raw material.
3.Procedure control and encoder measuring the length, which will realize automatically cutting to length.
4.Adopt procedure control stacker which will automatically stack the products, take count and move the products.
