JF100 continuous PU sandwich panel line includes the following parts: hydraulic uncoiler, film covering equipment, roll forming machine, preheating oven, polyurethane foaming system, double belt conveyor, cutting device, automatic stacker and packing system. This line combines technology of mechanical, chemical, electronic control, hydraulic, pneumatic and temperature control. This line fills up the blank of domestic market.

2, Adopt heating oven of hot air cycle, control the polyurethane foaming and the solidifying temperature in the appropriate context strictly, to ensure that high-quality composite panel.

4, Using 141B foam to replace the CFC-based foam, the use of polyurethane foam into a deal with the production of environmental protection technology.
5, a special design of the DBL to get good profile, uniform thickness, and it is not easy to be deformed.
6, PLC control system with using man-machine interface of industrial computer, control of human design, operation is simple and convenient.
