HKV141 III yarn covering machine is used to produce delicate type covering yarns. The covering yarn bobbin has small capacity and the spindle has high speed, this machine is specially use to produce yarn specification such as 2012, 2030. The produced yarn can be mainly use in knitting industry. Besides, it adopts imported special bearing which will help spindle to running very fast for a long time.

1.Spindle part
This machine adopts new type high speed spindle, the maximal speed can be 25000r/min. Spindle bearing is specially imported. The arrangement of spindles: fixed straight line array.

2.Forming box
Open type forming system, adopts large swin arm structure, so the whole machine can turn round smoothly. The edge recoil device adopts continuous screw slider, it is specially used to produce yarn specification such as 2012, 2030 and so on.
