General description:

This machine consists of hydraulic decoiling machine.leveling machine.two sets of hydraulic punching device.hydraulic cutting device.forming system.leveling rollers.supporter of product.controlling system an hydraulic system. It is one automatical line for C and Z purlin for steel structure industry and fill up the blank of domestic market.

Main features:

1.high production efficiency, forming speed can reach 30m/min.
2.Forming structure adopts style of forming on both sides of shaft with disconnecting the middle. Change C & Z purlin and size of purlin automatically, no need adjust the machine manually.
3.Adopt digital-control system to control the machine, with function of multi-task programming, simulation showing.saving data. inputting and downloading data. It can change to do C &Z purlin based on the input parameters; real-time display such as speed, the current location, Next position, the status of the work of Punching head, the workpiece code, the quantity has been completed,etc.
4.Hydraulic driving to form, hydraulic punching, hydraulic cutting. The hydraulic motor and main hydraulic components used mainly German original; adopt proportional control technology, adjust the forming speed automatically, position correctly, no impact; adopt load sensitive technology, system load pressure can automatically adapt to the changes, so that to maximize lower system power consumption, and can control the oil temperature well.
5.Complete line requires 2 operators only. One person charges programming, the other one is responsible for loading and unloading materials, labor intensity is very low.
